We've caught up on our sleep a bit this week, but are already jumping into what's next! We are so fortunate to have so much more design & engineering development to do now, thanks to the amazing support from all of you!
By now you should have seen a payment to KICKSTARTER come through your account, so be certain to confirm that your payment has indeed gone through. If there's a problem with your payment that is not resolved by this SATURDAY, your pledge will be dropped from the Kickstarter, and you will lose any special bundled pricing offered through the Kickstarter (RED SHADOWS ALL-IN, etc.) Your charged payment is handled entirely by Kickstarter, so you'll have to handle any snags with them or your banking institution. If you do have problem, go to "FIX PAYMENT" in your Kickstarter account. If you're having difficulties with the interface, we suggest you try again with a web browser instead of the app, or with a different web browser entirely. We've received a lot of questions about adding more items- good news! You will soon be able to add items to your pledge via BackerKit, which will likely open in January. With BackerKit, you will see your pledge, confirm selections where needed, and have the ability to add more items to your pledge. Item prices will remain the same as the Kickstarter prices, though special, limited pricing packages (RED SHADOWS ALL-IN, etc) will be unavailable or available at a different price point.
